Grace & Stanley's Engagement at The Dirty Apron

One of the things I love about my photography work is that I get to meet a lot of great people and shoot in a lot of great places.  When I first met Grace and Stanley, they told me they met while working together at The Dirty Apron Cooking School.  We hatched an idea to do their Engagement shoot at The Dirty Apron, and what a great location that was.  With its beautiful modern kitchen and rustic delicatessen, it provided an awesome location to start off the Engagement session.  Here are some of my favorites from our shoot!

Tanya & Yoon's Wedding in West Vancouver

I first met Tanya and Yoon at a cafe in the Olympic Village, mere blocks from their apartment building.  I could instantly tell these two had a special connection, having met each other while overseas in South Korea.  The day was full of smiles, laughter and anticipation, especially for the groom upon seeing his bride for the first time.  We started at the Olympic Village and made our way to the West Vancouver Presbyterian Church, eventually ending up at Dundarave Park.  Here are some of my favorites from the day!

Custom USB Flash Drives have arrived!

As a Wedding Photographer, delivering final, full size images to clients can sometimes turn into a difficult task.  More and more computers these days do not come with DVD drives and the need to download and store the images can sometimes be a pain in the neck!  Alongside my Online Gallery, I am please to offer my custom USB flash drive to my clients as a way to deliver my final work!  These bad boys will store all your images of the day, including Engagement and Photo Booth images as well.  Good bye and good riddance, DVD discs!

Anna & Clint's Elopement at Kwomais Point Park

A few weeks ago, I received an email from Anna asking if I was available to shoot her elopement.  I immediately said yes and jumped at the chance to shoot something as intimate as an elopement.  What I didn't realize at the time was not only how special this day would be for Anna and Clint, but how much it would mean to me as well.  We shot the first look at the same location I asked my wife to marry me.  I remember the emotion I felt then and I certainly channeled that emotion into the images I shot that day.  I don't think I've met a couple that were as spontaneous as these two as Anna reveals her elopement to her sister (and witness) only minutes before we left for the first look!  We started off at Clancy's Tea Cosy before heading to White Rock Pier for the first look, and then on to Kwomais Point Park for the Ceremony.  Here are some highlights from the day.
